Victoria Turner has been an active resident of Oak Meadows since 1998 and is a regular participant in activities and initiatives that have helped the Oak Meadows community grow and mature into one of Ann Arbor’s most desirable communities. Victoria has previously contributed to the community’s development as a member of the pool committee, participates in landscape maintenance and attends Pittsfield Township meetings. She also volunteers her time providing business planning and administrative support services for the kite network, a non-profit, Ann Arbor based grief counseling and support organization founded by Doug and Julie Stotlar.
Has been an Oak Meadows resident since 1992. Joined the Oak Meadows Board in 2004; and has served as Treasurer since that time. Also served on the Landscape Committee for a few years. Along with other Board Members, my objective as Treasurer is to ensure that the Board is a good steward of your association dues and that your money is used wisely to maintain and improve the buildings and grounds to ensure that Oak Meadows maintains its property value and its reputation as one of the area's most desirable condominium complexes.
Roger and his wife, Shirley, moved to Ann Arbor in August of 2012. They moved to Oak Meadows because of its large green spaces, ease of access to unites, pleasant and warm surroundings, and the pool. As a board member, Roger works to assure not only maintenance but continuous improvement to keep our community a source of pride for us living here and a community of choice for those looking for a place to live. Roger has a BSME degree from Trine University, was an appointed member of the planning and zoning board in Arkansas City, KS, was the Six Sigma Master Black Belt leading the cost and quality improvement team for GE in Fort Wayne, and previously served as OMA's landscape chairperson.
Oliver Kripfgans has been a resident of Ann Arbor for approximately 20 years and an Oak Meadows co-owner for 15 years. Through the years Oliver has been an active member of the Pool Committee and an occasional volunteer with the Landscaping Committee during the seasonal clean-up sessions. He graduated from the University of Michigan and is a faculty member since 2003. His objectives for serving on the Board of Directors is to act in the interest of the Oak Meadows co-owners and achieve a sustainable community, financially and socially.
